1.准备好材料。

2.杏鲍菇洗净切成比花生大一点粒。

3.先把杏鲍菇放油锅里煎至金黄,或焯水,随个人喜欢。

4.煎杏鲍菇的同时:干辣椒切小段;葱切粒;姜蒜切末;花椒洗净待用。

5.调好汁: 酱油、醋、白糖、淀粉和盐,加1小勺水拌匀。

6.热油锅,加入花椒爆出香味然后去掉;加入葱、蒜、姜末、干辣椒炒香。

7.倒入杏鲍菇炒一会儿然后倒入调好的酱汁炒匀。
